Lionel’s work sits at the intersection of performance and people. Before becoming a speaker and coach, he built a career as a veteran, high-level accounting professional at Fortune 500 companies and as a successful entrepreneur.
That experience taught him that the strongest systems still depend on the quality of the relationships inside them. When people trust one another, communicate clearly, and bring levity to pressure, teams become more efficient — and work becomes more human.
