Relationship Mastery — Terms & Conditions

1. THE PROGRAM AND ACCESS

The Relationship Mastery Program is a digital educational experience hosted by Lionel Moses. Available purchase tiers may include:

• Early Access — $27: Grants access to the Program at the Early Access tier (digital access to the core Program content/materials made available to this tier).
• Standard — $47: Grants access to the Program at the Standard tier (digital access to the core Program content/materials made available to this tier).
• VIP — $97: Grants access to the Program at the VIP tier, which includes the live Q&A component (if offered) and the bonus "The Marriage Seed" e-book (if included with the VIP tier at time of purchase).
• Corporate Team — $297: Grants access for up to five (5) named seat users from a single organization under a multi-seat team license for that organization's internal use only (subject to the license restrictions in this Agreement). The Corporate Team tier includes five (5) seats. Seats are assigned to named individuals within the purchasing organization and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, or transferred outside that organization.

Access links, logins, and materials are unique to the purchaser (or, for Corporate Team, the authorized seat users) and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, or distributed. Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund if unauthorized sharing or use is detected.

2. REFUND POLICY; REPLAYS/RECORDINGS

All Sales Final.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to any digital product, Program content, materials, access links, or recordings/replays is granted (including where access is delivered via email, account login, download link, streaming link, or third-party platform access).

Uniform Application.

This no-refund policy applies uniformly to every purchase tier, including the Early Access tier. There is no separate refund window, grace period, cooling-off period, or tier-specific exception of any kind. No purchase is refundable based on the tier selected, the price paid, or the timing of the purchase.

Limited Exceptions.

Refunds or cancellations may be provided only where required by applicable law, or where Company determines in its sole discretion that an exception is warranted. If a refund is issued, Company may revoke access to any related products, materials, and recordings/replays.

Support / Purchase Issues.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact support at support@lionelmoses.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and proof of purchase. Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues.

Replays/Recordings (If Offered).

From time to time, Company may (but is not required to) provide replays or recordings of Program components or live components. If provided:

• Replay/recording access is provided only to the purchaser (or authorized seat users for Corporate Team) for personal, non-commercial use.
• Replay/recording access may be available for a limited period and may expire at any time. Any stated availability window is an estimate and not a guarantee.
• Company does not guarantee that any live component will be recorded, that a replay will be available, or that a replay will be available for any specific duration; availability may be affected by technical issues, platform limitations, file corruption, or other circumstances beyond Company's control.
• Replays/recordings may not be downloaded (unless Company expressly provides a download), recorded, copied, re-uploaded, shared, forwarded, sold, publicly posted, or redistributed in any form. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and may create legal liability.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Program contains proprietary content, frameworks, and methodologies owned by Lionel Moses, including but not limited to the "Relationship Mastery" framework and concepts from the book "The Marriage Seed" (collectively, the "Intellectual Property").

• Ownership: All materials, workbooks, video streams, and spoken teachings are the sole property of the Company.
• Limited License: Attendee is granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for personal, non-commercial professional development only.
• Prohibitions: Attendee is strictly prohibited from: (i) recording, filming, or capturing audio/video of the Program; (ii) reproducing, distributing, or selling the Program content or materials; and (iii) creating derivative works based on the "Relationship Mastery" or "Marriage Seed" frameworks for commercial use or public teaching.

Editions of "The Marriage Seed" —

The following applies to each edition of the book "The Marriage Seed":

• Hardback Edition: The purchaser owns the physical hardback copy as tangible personal property, and may resell, gift, or lend that physical copy. The purchaser does not own the copyright or any rights in the book's content, text, illustrations, or design, and may not reproduce, scan, digitize, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.
• Paperback Edition: The purchaser owns the physical paperback copy as tangible personal property, and may resell, gift, or lend that physical copy. The purchaser does not own the copyright or any rights in the book's content, text, illustrations, or design, and may not reproduce, scan, digitize, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.
• Electronic / E-Book Edition: The purchaser receives a limited, revocable, single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and read the electronic file for personal use only. The purchaser does not own the content of the file and does not acquire any copyright. The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, copy, forward, share via email or social media, upload to file-sharing, cloud-storage, or public platforms, print for distribution, or create derivative works from the electronic edition.

Copyright: Copyright and all intellectual property rights in "The Marriage Seed" remain the sole property of Lionel Moses. No purchase of any edition transfers ownership of the underlying content. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any edition is a breach of this Agreement, may result in termination of access to purchased products without refund, and may create liability under applicable copyright law.

4. PRIVACY & USE OF SUBMITTED QUESTIONS

By submitting questions for any Q&A component (if offered), you grant Lionel Moses/EmpowerSync LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share these questions (and your first name) during any live component and in any future recordings or marketing materials. Do not share confidential or sensitive personal information in your submissions.

5. Q&A & EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Any Q&A component is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

• Lionel Moses is not providing specific legal, financial, or professional business advice.
• Participation does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, income increases, or relationship results.

6. RECORDING NOTICE

Any live component of the Program may be recorded. By attending or participating, you consent to your voice and/or likeness being included in the recording if you choose to participate in live discussion or Q&A.

7. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Company reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Program (without refund) who engages in disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward the host or other participants.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in South Jersey (Burlington, Camden, or Gloucester Counties), New Jersey.
